2018年10月11日肖洒老师在高三1604班上了一堂公开课，内容是模块11第二单元的reading部分Tips for job interview，综合备课组老师意见，评价如下：

1.教师语音语调好，亲切随和，学生很热情

2.图片，视频导入新课做得很精致流畅，能激发学生兴趣，并紧扣课文主题

3. 本节课进行了精心的设计，充分利用了多媒体的辅助手段，课件制作精致，课堂结构严谨，环环相扣，过度衔接很好，课堂重点突出，充分体现老师导学，学生为学习主体这一理念。

4.课堂容量大，学生参与度高。学生回答问题准确率高，活动期间口语能力强，表现力佳，实现了知识、能力、思想情操的达成。充分体现了新课改的精神。

需要探讨的地方：

课堂指示语可以更简洁更坚定；表演环节老师可以多给些演前指导
